Hellooo {{First Name| there}},

Here’s the uncomfortable truth about AI-written content in 2026.

Everyone is using it. Everyone can spot it. And the HR professionals who know how to use AI without sounding like AI are the ones getting noticed. 😅

The goal isn’t to hide that you used AI. It’s to make sure the output actually sounds like you. Here’s how. 👇

✍️ 5 Ways to Make AI-Written Content Sound Like You

🗣️ Read it out loud before you send it

If you wouldn’t say it in a conversation, don’t write it. AI loves phrases like “in today’s dynamic landscape” and “leveraging synergistic opportunities.” Nobody talks like that. If it sounds stiff when you read it out loud, rewrite that line. One sentence in your own voice does more than three polished AI paragraphs.

✂️ Cut the filler phrases immediately

AI has a habit of warming up before saying anything. “It is important to note that,” “It goes without saying,” “In conclusion.” Delete all of it. Start with the actual point. The first sentence should earn its place or it shouldn’t exist.

🎯 Add one specific detail only you would know

A real example from your own experience, a number from your actual work, a reference to something that happened at your company. AI can’t fake specificity. One line that only you could have written makes the whole thing feel human. It anchors everything else.

💬 Break the pattern deliberately

AI writes in very even, balanced sentences. Same length, same rhythm, same structure. Interrupt it. Write a two-word sentence. Then a longer one that goes somewhere unexpected. Vary the pace. Unevenness is what makes writing feel alive rather than generated.

🔄 Rewrite the opening and closing yourself

The beginning and the end are what people remember. AI openings are almost always generic. Rewrite them completely in your own words. If you can’t think of a better opening, start with the most interesting line in the whole piece and build from there.

Analytics on Live Data Without Leaving Postgres

When analytics on Postgres slows down, most teams add a second database. Then they manage pipelines, sync lag, and drift forever. TimescaleDB extends Postgres instead. Analytics run on live data, in the database you already have. No pipeline. No migration. No new query language.
